When is the JTB Canada office closed? (Weekends and Statutory Holidays)
Our office in Richmond, BC, follows the standard Canadian federal and British Columbia provincial statutory holiday schedule. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as the following holidays:
Annual Statutory Holidays (Office Closed):
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Family Day (3rd Monday in February)
- Good Friday & Easter Monday
- Victoria Day (May)
- Canada Day (July 1)
- BC Day (1st Monday in August)
- Labour Day (1st Monday in September)
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (September 30)
- Thanksgiving Day (2nd Monday in October)
- Remembrance Day (November 11)
- Christmas Day & Boxing Day (December 25–26)
Important Note: Orders placed via our website during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. In-person JR Pass pickups and phone support are not available during these closures. Please plan your booking and pickup schedule accordingly.
