I purchased the JR pass ordinary 7-day pass, but I would like to change to Green 7-day. Is it possible to upgrade my pass?

It is possible if you have a valid JR pass exchange order and you would like to upgrade your pass within same kind of pass. There are no change fees applied.
Please pay the difference and return the previously ordered valid original JR pass exchange order.

Change fees apply If you would like to change to a different kind of pass (e.g. regional pass to whole country pass).
