When can I pick up my JR pass (voucher) from the Richmond office after I order ?

Pickup will be ready on/after 1 pm on the next day.

・If you ordered the JR pass on Monday. Your pass will be ready to pick-up on Tuesday on/after 1pm.
・If you ordered during the weekend, Your pass will be ready to pick-up on Monday on/after 1 pm.
