When and where can I pick up my JR Pass from the Richmond office?
For customers who select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout, your Japan Rail Pass Exchange Order will be ready for collection at our Richmond office after 3:00 PM on the next business day following your order.

- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays.
Important Pickup Instructions:
- Identification: Please bring a valid Photo ID (Passport or Driver's License) and a copy of your Order Confirmation Email (digital or printed).
- Timing: Please note that the office is closed between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Vouchers cannot be issued outside of the designated pickup hours.
- Next-Day Rule: Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be available for pickup on Monday after 3:00 PM.
