How can I find the tracking number for my JR Pass shipment?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated and sent by the shipping carrier (such as FedEx or Canada Post) once your Japan Rail Pass Exchange Order has been processed and picked up from our office. You will not receive the tracking number directly from JTB Canada in a separate manual email.
- Automated Email: As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, an automated shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
- Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from the shipping company (e.g., "FedEx Tracking Update" or "Canada Post Notification").
- Spam/Junk Folder: These automated emails are sometimes filtered as spam. If you do not see a notification within 1-2 business days of your order, please check your junk mail folder.
Estimated Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, the shipping notification will be triggered on the following business day when the carrier collects the package.
If you still haven't received any notification from the carrier after 2 business days, please contact us with your order number, and we will verify the status of your shipment.
